What is LangSmith Cloud?

LangSmith Cloud is LangChain's fully-managed agent engineering platform. All infrastructure, scaling, and maintenance is handled by LangChain — you get a production-ready LangSmith instance with no deployment work required.

This is the fastest path to getting your team building and shipping agents.

Your Onboarding Steps

Step 1: Sign Up for LangSmith

  1. Navigate to the LangSmith signup page:
  2. Complete the signup process using your company email address. See creating an account for details.
Important
LangSmith does not support migration between regions. Choose based on your data residency requirements before signing up.

Step 2: Create Your Organization

Upon first login, LangSmith creates a personal organization automatically. For team use, create a separate organization and invite your team — do not use your personal org for company work.

Step 3: Share Your Organization ID

Your Customer Engineer needs your Organization ID to complete enterprise provisioning on the LangChain side.

  1. Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
  2. Copy your Organization ID (format: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx) from the top of the page.
  3. Share it with your assigned Customer Engineer or Account Executive.

With your account created and org ID shared, use the Admin Readiness Review to work through all org configuration — SSO, SCIM, workspace design, roles, ABAC policy, API keys, data retention, Fleet setup, and more. Your Customer Engineer will guide you through each topic.
